Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing top-notch service. If you’re not satisfied with our work, we’ll return within 24 hours to re-service your yard at no additional charge. Service Schedule: Services are performed on your scheduled day. In case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the service for the next available day. Access to Property: Please ensure that our team has unobstructed access to your yard on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access the yard, the service will be rescheduled, and a service fee may apply. Pet Safety: We kindly request that pets be kept indoors or securely confined while our team is servicing your yard to ensure their safety and ours. Waste Disposal: All pet waste collected during service is hauled away and disposed of responsibly, in accordance with local regulations. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service or as per the agreed subscription plan. We accept various payment methods, including online payments through our secure portal. Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a service fee. Service Areas: We proudly serve the Abilene, TX area. Services outside of our standard service area may incur additional travel fees.
